Getting my bearded dragon soon, am I doing everything right? (double-checking, heh, i'm a bit nervous)

I'm going to be getting a beardie pretty soon, and I want to double-check that I'm doing everything right. He's from a breeder, a pretty good one too, and about three months. The pictures we were sent from the breeder shows that he's quite curious (and adorable, which is obvious because, well, beardies). He's mainly been fed dubias and superworms by the breeder.

Once we get him, we'll be feeding him phoenix worms/black soldier fly larvae and dubia roaches, as well as a few greens (collard and mustard greens, specifically).

He'll be in a 20gallon for about a month or so, then he'll be moved to a 120gallon (ZenHabitats 4x2x2, to be exact).

His 20gallon has a hide, cleaned and baked driftwood, and a basking rock. The flooring will be reptile carpet (when we move him to the 4x2x2 that will be changed to the ZenMat), and we have a hammock for when he gets more used to his habitat.
He'll have a water bowl (? splash zone? beardie pond? mini waterpark? I'm not sure what to call it, heh-) as well, we just need to get one that fits his size (I have mentioned before that I have increasing distrust of chain pet stores, which is where we got our terrarium. It had a bowl/whatever it's called, but it was far too small and far too deep for my three-month beardie).

We have calcium powder and will be getting vitamins tomorrow, as well as two shakers to put them into.

Is there anything else I need to know? Any tips for newbies like myself? Any cute pictures of your snakes/lizards that will be used for research purposes and definitely not because I want to look at adorable reptiles?
