so my hamster is a year old but acts like he's a teenager, for a bit he seemed to be acting strange after he got out of cage and I put him back in, but when my mom gave me my bearded Dragons juvenile food that he would not eat, I decided that the two have a very similar diet, nearly anything a bearded dragon can eat a hamster can too,
so why let some perfectly good bugs go to waste? After all hamsters are omnivores and he sure would love them, so I mixed some of the mini weal worms in his food and immediately he left his cave and started becoming more active,
he was very excited about his newfound food, he also became healthier, so from that day on I started mixing them in his food, and I have seen improvements in fact he no longer tries to bite people,
before I was the only one he trusted but now he's become more friendly and seems to enjoy physical contact with others, I've also noticed he started eating all of his food instead of leaving it for a bit,
I know mealworms are very good for hamsters, but I didn't expect them to change his entire personality, what a pleasant surprise!
