Tail Rot Question

Hello, my have a juvenile dragon that I think has tail rot. She's eating well, her poops look normal, but her tail is really sensitive to touch which is how I started looking into it and came up with tail rot. You have to look super close to see it. Anyway, I called multiple places that were either booked up or don't see dragons. I called an emergency clinic but it was after hours and their reptile team wasn't there and the lady didn't know anything about tail rot. She scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday next week with their reptile team but she also said if It's an emergency I can come but their average wait time is like 4 to 6 hours. So I guess my question is is tail rot a medical emergency that needs to be seen at the emergency room? Or can this wait until Wednesday? If I have to wait at the er that's fine but I have no idea how fast it spreads or what stage she's at. I read if she's still feeling pain I'm her tail then she still has nerve endings which is a good sign? Anyway, do you guys think I should go right away or wait until Wednesday?
