Upgrading...can I get some advice?

Hi all. I've been slowly overhauling Steve's setup and started with lighting. Now looking at getting a bigger viv - her current is 4ftx1.5ftx1.5ft and I'm thinking of a slight upgrade to a more standard 4x2x2 sizing.

This is her current setup after lighting changes - she now has an Arcadia ProT5 12% UVB fixture on the ceiling and an Arcadia PAR38 halogen basking bulb for heat. I want to add height to the viv because the basking bulb is too close to the floor and that's not great; both for Steve herself and for calibrating temperatures.

The only issue with adding height would be that the UV may move out of its most effective range. The extra 6 inches would take it from the current range of about ~11-15 inches away vertically to about ~16-21.

Question is, alongside adding more variation in decor height, would an upgrade to a 14% output bulb be sensible here? Its effective range seems to better match the new viv size, but I'm not sure I've ever heard of someone else using such a high output bulb and I'm aware that too high a UVI is just as bad as one too low.

Hopefully I'm not just being too pedantic or exact; I want to get this right. Maybe it'd be useful to know how others tend to set up lighting for a 4x2x2 viv?
Appreciate any advice.
