Most local places are way too expensive around here (cheapest I can find is 25 for $15 locally...
I suspect Dubiaroaches has under gone new management, or it's a drop ship company now. My last 2 orderes have been incredibly bad, and I'm extremely hesitant to order a 3rd. Last order I ordered 200 3/4" and 200 1/2" roaches, and 18 hornworms.
The hornworms came as new infants, not even ready to eat, I mean, these things are brand new. They will take weeks to mature...
The roaches, I received maybe 100 medium, in a box, in a container. No, I'm not going to count them, but there's a reason. The other parts, the 1/2" came in a completely different box.... With no container. Yes, the roaches were just in the box, no remenats of a container, nothing, just dumped in the box and shipped. It was a HUGE PITA to get these all out and into my container. But there's MORE than twice as much as the other ones, not in the container.
You'd think that would be flipped. I feel bad for whoever had these on their truck. Probably roaches for days everywhere.
Anyways, where do you guys order from, I wouldn't order from dubia roaches again, personally. I contacted them about the issue, and they completely blew it off. Wanting pictures of it every step of the way. Sorry but when I opened a box in my living room and expected a container of roaches and seen a box... of roaches about to craw everywhere, my first thought was not to take a picture.
