I keep hearing different things about kale. Currently I don’t feed my beardies kale (as a staple), but it would honestly be much easier if I could. A lot of the greens I need aren’t always in supply where I am. Kale is pretty common.
Just wanted to have a conversation about it. Is it true that kale inhibits calcium absorption?
