I just got a 4'x2'x2' from zen habitats, and got a 34" zoomed T5 10.0 uvb tube with a fixture with reflector, should I mount it inside or outside the mesh?

Also got a 150 watt bulb for a basking spot and a 100 watt bulb just in case. Should I put just one or both on each side? Inside or outside the mesh? The temperature inside my house is usually at 80 F, I don't think it will get colder than 65 - 70 F on winter this year.

It's the first time that I've bought a big tank for my 5 month old bearded dragon, and I've read many things online and I'm just trying to be really sure.
