Beardie poop

I have a bearded dragon that's roughly 5 or 6, I adopted him over a year ago.

He is a very active dragon, he moves to bask under his bulbs, has a sleeping spot he goes to and LOVES food. I have a garden where I grow him a variety of greens. He also gets superworms occasionally. My only issue is his poops are so liquidy.

Reading online suggests he needs less "watery" food and that he's too hydrated. What would you suggest to fix his diet? I has also read that his could be a result of parasites, should I try to fix his diet, wait a few weeks to see if there's any difference and bring him to the vet if not? Other than his stools, he sheds and acts like a normal dragon.

Hopefully this is a result of his diet and not parasites but I figured I would ask here if anyone else ran into a similar issue.
