hi guys, I am sure i am gonna get shit on for this post, but I really need some help cause I think I am starting to go crazy. My bearded dragon will not stop Glass Surfing to the point that I cannot physically take the noise and scratching anymore, nails on glass could not sound worse.
To go into details, he is an adult male in a 75 Gallon tank, substrate is great, has correct lighting, has a warm side that gets up to 105 and a cool side. He has basking rocks. He gets fed almost everyday and constantly has veggies in his bowl waiting for him. He has plenty of places to climb. I take him out allllll the time, but once i put him back in the tank it starts over I am sure I am forgetting details but this beardie is set! So why does he keep doing this? I have tried everything from youtube to google, nothing is working.
The only thing I notice that does work, is turning off his lights. This is obviously not something I can do during the day or for long periods of time.
I love this little guy, and have had so many lizards before not have this problem. I would hate to give him away because it's making me incredibly annoyed everyday, but I cannot deal with the noise from 9am-9pm everyday, especially since I work from home now due to Covid.
Don't even get me started on crickets that like be to the loud ones of the bunch!
