I noticed that a lot of you recommended me crested geckos.
Alright boys, i posted 2 posts previously, and it seems that I'm not ready to have a bearded dragon. And i couldn't find an ideal enclosure (except only ones that costs like 4x more than the bearded dragon itself lol). And my parents have indeed allowed me to buy mealworms.
So my decision is... I couldn't afford an enclosure big enough for an adult bearded dragon and its full diet, and crested geckos are in fact illegal in where i live. Maybe I'm wrong, but where in the us it costs about 50$ here it costs 500$.
So i have come to a decision that i will choose the leopard gecko. Their diets aren't too complicated, I've heard that mealworms and crickets are the best. My parents have allowed me to buy live crickets and mealworms, and the food is so cheap. 100g of mealworms are only like 1$. And because the leopard geckos are small, i only need a pretty small enclosure. So i think this is the best choice
Everyone thanks for your help. I will be bringing home my leopard gecko at about 1 month.
Btw, should i name my future leopard gecko echo, diamond, or leo?
