Hey! I saw online that you can test if UVB is being output by a bulb if you hold it over a white paper in a dark room, however my Arcadia tube didn't cause the blue/purple colors to appear at all. Would there be a reason for this other than being defective? Also, is there another way to see if UVB is being produced? I would be able to get the solarmeter, but would prefer if there was a cheaper alternative to just see if it's providing what my little girl needs.
