First of all before you all crucify me for letting that happend just hear me out i pured warm water to tub and placed him in tub and went to clean his container in meantime but when i came back he was completly submerged underwater i quickly took him out and read about it online after that i covered him in blankets and tilted him as the internet says but after 30 minutes he is still paralysed (i forgot to add that he was completly still when that happend) is there anything else i can do and he is breathing but weaker then always
